McSquared Customs produces both ready-made items and custom, made-to-order pieces. Because each product type is different, shipping timelines and methods may vary.
Processing Times
Ready-Made Products
Items listed as in stock typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom and Made-to-Order Work
Custom pieces require build time before they can ship. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided during the quote and ordering process. Lead times vary based on:

material and finishing requirements
Custom orders will not ship until the piece is fully completed and finished.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Larger or heavier items may ship via specialty or freight carriers.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your custom quote, based on:

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order arrives damaged:

Take photos of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis for certain items.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delayed shipments whenever possible.
